Children's Ministry Valley Presbyterian Church's (VPC) Sunday School strives to create a place where students, families, teachers, and volunteers experience and share Christ’s love.

We instruct your children about Bible stories and teachings in a fun, comprehensive, and organized manner.
At VPC, we offer grade level scripture goals and methods to increase your children's knowledge of the Bible. New this fall, Take-It-Home Events will help equip parents as spiritual leaders. We will also offer regular family lunches after church – an opportunity enjoy lunch and fellowship with other families and children of similar ages. Watch your e-mail and mailbox for dates!

Sunday School is offered to children . . .

• Ages 3 years old - 5th grade
• During 9 am and 10:30 am worship services
• School starts at the end of the Children’s Message
• School ends 15 minutes after worship - 10:15 am and 11:45 am
• Enjoy 15 minutes of fellowship with our congregation while students finish their lessons!

Opportunities to Help

• Be a greeter
• Be a storyteller
• Help on the prep team
• Teach, co-teach, or substitute
• Volunteer in the Welcome Center
• Sign up to bring snacks to the classrooms

We place each child in the age appropriate classroom at the worship hour of your choice. Placement is for the entire school year, based on the child’s age on September 1st or the grade they are entering in the fall.
